REFUND POLICY

At Cotostore, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we provide a clear and straightforward return and refund process. We are committed to transparent pricing—the amount shown at checkout is the final price. There are no hidden fees, and no subscriptions are required to complete your purchase.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify:
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, accessories, and manuals must be included
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Items showing signs of misuse, alteration, negligence, or missing components are not eligible.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unless defective or damaged upon arrival, the following items are not eligible for return:
  • Final sale items
  • Customized, personalized, or special-order products

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To begin a return, please contact support@cotostore.com with:
  • Your full name and order number
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos or videos (required for damaged or defective items)
Once your request is approved, we will provide:
  • Return instructions
  • The correct return shipping address
Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

4. RETURN SHIPPING

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or shipping error, we will cover the return shipping cost
  • For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Cotostore is not responsible for returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.

5. REFUNDS

After your return is received and inspected:
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal) within 2 business days
  • If the return does not meet eligibility requirements (e.g., used, damaged, or incomplete), we will notify you by email
Refunds cannot be issued to alternative payment methods.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund
  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified
  • After shipment, requests must follow this Return & Refund Policy
If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.

7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or videos as evidence
We will offer:
  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund, including any shipping costs

8. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Approved returns must be shipped within 10 days of authorization
  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us
  • The return address will be provided after approval
