SHIPPING POLICY

At Cotostore, we aim to deliver your tools quickly, securely, and without extra cost. From checkout to delivery, we focus on providing a smooth and transparent experience.

1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders within the U.S. and Canada. Regions Not Supported (U.S.) At this time, we are unable to ship to:
  • Puerto Rico
  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Guam
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

2. SHIPPING METHOD

All orders are shipped via standard shipping at no cost. There is no minimum purchase required to qualify for free shipping.

3. INVENTORY & FULFILLMENT

Due to the size and weight of many of our products:
  • We maintain inventory in U.S.-based warehouses
  • Stock is prepared in advance through trusted suppliers
This allows us to process and ship most orders efficiently. If an item becomes temporarily unavailable:
  • We will notify you by email with updated delivery timelines
  • If you prefer not to wait, you may request a full refund

4. PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including:
  • Tracking number
  • Carrier details
  • A tracking link
If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours after processing, please contact us at support@cotostore.com

6. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Cotostore is not responsible for:
  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Packages returned due to address errors
If a package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

7. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement
  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled
  • After shipment, requests must follow our Return & Refund Policy

8. DELIVERY ISSUES

If a delivery attempt fails or a package is refused and returned:
  • We will contact you via email
  • A reshipping fee may apply if you request another delivery attempt

9. SHIPPING DELAYS

While we work to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier-related issues
  • High holiday volume
  • Other unforeseen circumstances
Once a package is handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control. However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues whenever possible.
